Huangdi Mausoleum

Huangdi Mausoleum is the mausoleum of Xuanyuan, the first ancestor of the Chinese nation. In 1961, The State Council announced the Yellow Emperor Mausoleum as the first batch of national key cultural relic protection units in the country, known as “the first mausoleum under heaven”. The three characters of “Yellow Emperor Mausoleum” before the Yellow Emperor Mausoleum were proposed by Chiang Kai-shek. The Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor, known as “Bridge Mausoleum” in ancient times, was a place for Chinese emperors and famous people to offer sacrifices to the Yellow Emperor. Mausoleum area attractions include: the first mausoleum in the world, Xuanyuan Bridge, mausoleum area, Xuanyuan Temple, Yellow Emperor hand-planted cypress, sincere pavilion, hang Jia Cypress and so on. Xuanyuan Temple is at the foot of Qiaoshan Mountain, and the Yellow Emperor Mausoleum is at the top of Qiaoshan Mountain. Qiaoshan mountain thick, imposing, surrounded by water under the mountain. There are thousands of cypress on the mountain, evergreen, lush. The whole mausoleum area is grand and majestic.

The bus station on the south side of Xi ‘an Railway Station square has a direct car to the Yellow Emperor Mausoleum, about 4 hours by car, the ticket is 20 yuan. At Yan ‘an Bus Station there is a shuttle bus to the scenic area, on the way to the highway.

 

Pagoda Mountain

Pagoda Mountain, located in the center of Yan ‘an city, is named after the pagoda built on the mountain, which was built in the Tang Dynasty and rebuilt in the Ming Dynasty. Pagoda Mountain is an important symbol and symbol of Yan ‘an, the holy land of Chinese revolution, and is also a must to visit Yan ‘an. “Returning to Yan ‘an in several dreams, holding Baota Mountain with both hands” is a famous sentence of the famous poet He Jingzhi, which warmly eulogizes the sacred status of Baota Mountain in the eyes of the Chinese people. Under the pagoda Mountain, there are many historical relics and modern revolutionary relics, in the rock engravings of the past dynasties, the Song Dynasty Fan Zhongyan official script “Jialing Mountain” and “there are tens of thousands of armor soldiers in the chest” and other inscriptions are the most famous. Climbing to the top of the pagoda, you can see the whole picture of Yan ‘an City.

Hukou Waterfall


Hukou Waterfall is a natural waterfall formed when the middle reaches of the Yellow River flows through the Qinjin Grand Canyon. It is the second largest waterfall in China after Huangguoshu Waterfall in Guizhou Province and the largest yellow waterfall in the world. The scenic area centered on Hukou Waterfall integrates the Yellow River Valley, Loess Plateau and ancient yuan villages, showing the magnificent natural landscape and rich and colorful historical and cultural accumulation of the Yellow River basin. Due to the difference in climate and water volume in the four seasons, the scenery of the hukou also changes.

traffic

1, in Xi ‘an Textile City passenger station, there is Xi ‘an – Hukou special bus, the ticket price is about 100 yuan, the whole journey takes about 5 hours. There are two buses every day at 8:00 and 13:00.

2, in Yan ‘an Baota District South bus Station, you can take the tourist special bus direct to the Hukou scenic spot. Daily departure time: 7:30, 8:20, 9:10. The fare is about 45 yuan and the journey takes about 3 hours.

3, from Yichuan county to the scenic shuttle bus is not much, and most of them are passing cars, or chartered or carpooling is the most convenient, reference price: 120-150 yuan/car.
tips: The frequency and departure time of various bus stations to Hukou Scenic area may be adjusted with seasonal changes, subject to the station announcement of the day.

Jujube Garden revolutionary site

The former site of the Zaoyuan Revolution, located about 8 kilometers northwest of Yan ‘an City, was the seat of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee from October 1943 to March 1947. Jujube Garden, also known as Yanyuan, covers an area of more than 540,000 square meters.

Yan ‘an Revolutionary Memorial Hall

Yan ‘an Revolutionary Memorial Hall is located on the east bank of Yanhe River in the northwest of Baota District, Yan ‘an City, and on the west of the old site of Wangjiaping. It’s a large revolutionary historical museum. There are a large number of precious historical documents, charts and photos on display in the museum, which systematically reflect the glorious course of the Central Red Army’s arrival in northern Shaanxi from October 1935 to March 1948, when it established the anti-Japanese national united front, launched the large-scale production movement, the rectification movement, and held the seventh National Congress of the Party Central Committee until the victory of the Liberation War.

Yangjialing revolutionary site

After the Japanese bombed Yan ‘an in 1938, the then Central Committee of the Communist Party of China moved there and did not leave until October 1943. During this period, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China led and carried out the vigorous production movement and the famous Yan ‘an rectification movement. The old revolutionary site of Yangjialing is divided into two parts: Lu Nan and Lu Bei. The auditorium is a converted Christian church, and until the 1980s, it was the most luxurious building in Yan ‘an.

Nanniwan

Nanniwan is the birthplace of the military reclamation cause of the Communist Party of China and the birthplace of the spirit of Nanniwan. Among them, “Nanniwan Production Movement Exhibition Hall” introduces the history of the Nanniwan production movement in detail through physical objects and pictures.

Transportation can take the shuttle bus to Nanniwan at the bridge under Baota Mountain, the fare is 7 yuan.

Danjiang drifting scenic spot

The Wangjiaping Revolutionary site, about 4 kilometers northwest of Baota District, was the seat of the Central Revolutionary Military Commission of the Communist Party of China (CMC) and the General Headquarters of the Eighth Route Army (later changed to the General Headquarters of the People’s Liberation Army) from January 1937 to March 1947.

Qingliang Mountain

Qingliang Mountain is located on the bank of the Yanhe River in the north of Yan ‘an City, facing the Phoenix Mountain and Baota Mountain across the Yanhe River. The mountain is high, the scenery is unique, the world is called “Golden fairy scenery”. The scenic spots include 18 caves, 24 scenes and more than 40 cliff carvings. There are many strange sights in the mountain. There are huge rock cliffs formed in the “like clouds” beautiful landscape. There are perfectly matched, interesting Tiancheng moon well and moon pavilion, as well as the “world wonders” ancient temple located above the Fangong Temple, overlooking here, Yan ‘an landscape scenery at a glance.

Yan ‘an News Memorial Hall


Yan ‘an Press Memorial Hall is located at the southern foot of Qingliang Mountain. It was jointly funded and built by the Central Propaganda Department, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, Xinhua News Agency, People’s Daily, Press and Publication Administration and other departments (units). It is the only press memorial hall in China. The memorial Hall uses a large number of scene restoration, scene synthesis and other displays, and with modern high-tech display means such as sound, light and electricity, vividly reproduces the development process and brilliant achievements of New China’s press and publishing industry in the Yan ‘an period.
