How many time zones does China have
China actually spans five time zones: East 5, East 6, East 7, East 8 and East 9.
The central longitude of each time zone is 75 degrees, 90 degrees, 105 degrees, 120 degrees, and 135 degrees east.
In order to unify management and facilitate People’s Daily life, China has adopted a national standard time, that is, “Beijing Time”.
The world is divided into 24 time zones, one at every 15° longitude.
